The 6-month program launches in February and continues through July. February, April, and June are in-person workshops.
Months 1-6 will include virtual, individual coaching sessions to reinforce and apply new concepts.

Getting to and around Columbus, Ohio is easy and accessible. We're happy to help find the best accommodations for each session.
Existing leaders that are ready to be or have recently been promoted, including: Managers, Senior Managers, Directors, and Senior Directors.
The maximum cohort is 25 participants to ensure optimal participant experience. Companies are encouraged to send multiple team members for an increased value to the company.
The open enrollment ILA is $9,500 per participant and includes all program materials; assessments and executive coaching; breakfasts, lunches, graduation, and reception.
If your company sends three to five participants you will receive a 10% discount.

A unique feature of the Intentional Leader Academy is that each participant will be part of an action-learning project team. The teams and projects are described the first workshop and completed throughout the entire program.
Participants develop valuable skills in teamwork, research, strategy, decision-making, and executive presence and presentation.
If your company sends 3+ participants to ILA, they will be their own team. We will work with you to created a powerful project that will have a direct impact on your organization.
During the final workshop, each team delivers a formal executive presentation of their project to their ILA cohort and an executive audience.
Many of our previous teams have also had the opportunity to present their project to their executive leadership at their company after the ILA program.
